About the Role & Key Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function through advanced analytics, reporting, and automation. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI, Python, Snowflake, SQL, Copilot, Azure, Adaptive Planning, and AI-driven analytics to enable data-driven financial decisions. You will work with FP&A teams and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, accurate insights.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for FP&A

• Build optimized data models and DAX measures

• Ensure accurate data refreshes aligned with finance cycles

Advanced Analytics:

• Analyze and automate workflows using Python

• Write and optimize SQL queries on financial datasets

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities

FP&A Systems:

• Support Adaptive Planning models and reporting

• Assist with planning, forecasting, and workforce modeling

AI & Automation:

• Apply AI concepts to improve reporting efficiency

• Reduce manual effort through intelligent automation

• Partner on AI-driven finance transformation

Collaboration:

• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions

• Present insights to finance and business stakeholders

• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Technical: 5+ years in Data Analytics/BI/FP&A • Power BI & DAX • Python (pandas, NumPy) • Advanced SQL • Adaptive Planning

Domain: FP&A expertise (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) • Strong analytical and communication skills

Education: Bachelor's in Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
