Senior Executive Assistant to C-Suite

This is not a traditional EA role!
Soluis are looking for a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders operating at board and executive level. You will be someone who takes high-level direction, operates independently, and drives complex initiatives through to completion across regions and functions.

Senior Executive Assistant (EA)
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, execution, and leadership enablement, in a fast-paced, scaling, global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Force Multiplication
Act as a trusted extension of senior leadership, representing priorities, intent, and decisions with confidence and credibility
Take ownership of delegated initiatives and drive them to completion independently
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across regions, functions, and stakeholders
Anticipate needs, surface risks early, and proactively remove blockers
Project Execution & Change Delivery
Lead and support cross-functional projects from inception through delivery
Execute change management, operational improvement, and process optimisation initiatives
Drive follow-ups, ensure accountability, and maintain momentum across senior stakeholders
Bring clarity, structure, and outcomes to ambiguous or fast-moving situations
Technology, Automation & Ways of Working
Actively leverage technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution
Quickly learn and optimise existing tools across project management, collaboration, automation, and reporting
Identify opportunities to introduce or improve systems, workflows, and automation
Support the adoption of new tools and ways of working across the business
Stay curious and informed about the evolving tech landscape and how it can enable scale
Stakeholder & Board-Level Interaction
Operate comfortably and professionally with board members, executives, and external stakeholders
Prepare high-quality briefings, summaries, materials, and executive updates
Act as a calm, credible interface between senior leadership and the wider organisation
Operational & Ad Hoc Support
Step in wherever required to support business momentum and stability
Apply a “no job too big or too small” mindset when it materially supports business outcomes
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Experience & Background
Essential
7–10+ years’ experience as a senior EA, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting board-level or C-suite leaders
Proven experience executing projects independently on behalf of senior leadership
Experience working in global, multi-country, multicultural organisations
Strong exposure to operational, transformation, or execution-heavy environments
High levels of technical competence and confidence using modern business tools
Excellent written and spoken English
Highly Desirable
Experience across multiple sectors or industries
Background in scaling or high-growth organisations
Experience supporting business operations, transformation, or strategy delivery
Exposure to automation, systems implementation, or process redesign
Skills & Capabilities
Exceptionally organised with strong prioritisation and follow-through
Highly autonomous — able to take direction once and execute without hand-holding
Technically capable and curious, with a strong interest in tools, systems, and automation
Confident, clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English
