We are seeking a dynamic Senior Enrollment & Student Success Advisor to lead postgraduate enrollment efforts while delivering a premium, student-first advisory experience. This role combines consultative engagement, pipeline ownership, and outcome-driven conversion strategy to ensure prospective students make informed academic and career decisions.
You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the admissions lifecycle—guiding candidates from initial inquiry to confirmed enrollment—while upholding high ethical standards and delivering against enrollment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Student Advisory & Program Positioning
Engage prospective postgraduate candidates through calls, virtual consultations, and campus interactions.
Evaluate academic history, professional background, and long-term career goals to recommend best-fit programs.
Clearly articulate curriculum structure, faculty strengths, learning outcomes, fee models, scholarships, and career pathways.
Build credibility and trust through transparent, data-backed counseling.
Convert qualified prospects into enrolled students through structured and value-driven follow-ups.
End-to-End Enrollment Management
Take full ownership of the applicant journey—from first interaction to enrollment confirmation.
Guide applicants through documentation, interviews, assessments, and payment processes.
Track pipeline health, application status, and conversion ratios to ensure timely progression.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM and admissions systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with academic teams to stay updated on program changes, eligibility criteria, and selection guidelines.
Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student transition.
Act as a consistent point of contact for applicants and parents, addressing queries with clarity and professionalism.
Enrollment Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to monthly and quarterly enrollment planning and forecasting.
Share structured feedback on candidate objections, market trends, and competitive insights.
Help refine engagement scripts, FAQs, and admissions workflows for improved conversion and experience quality.
Drive improvements in applicant satisfaction and enrollment cycle efficiency.
Candidate Profile
Experience
3–6 years of experience in postgraduate admissions, higher education counseling, or education-focused sales roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
Experience engaging with working professionals or executive learners is a plus.
Skills & Attributes
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage students and parents thoughtfully.
Excellent follow-up discipline and objection-handling capability.
Structured, data-driven approach to managing admissions pipelines.
