The Senior Director of Cloud Managed Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, innovation, and growth of managed services Cloud services across the organization. This individual will lead a team of Cloud professionals, drive operational excellence, and ensure the highest standards of Service Delivery to clients. The role requires deep expertise in Cloud Engineering/Cloud Operations, Microsoft, client engagement, and Managed Services operations.

Key Responsibilities::
• Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Cloud & Intelligent Support Managed Services.
• Align service offerings with market trends, client needs, and business goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability.

• Service Delivery & Operations
• Oversee day-to-day operations of managed Cloud and IS services vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients.
• Lead client onboarding, service reviews, and escalation management.
• Partner with sales and account teams to support pre-sales and renewal efforts.

• Team Leadership & Development
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Cloud, MS professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Manage staffing, training, and career development initiatives.

• Technology & Innovation
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge security technologies and platforms.
• Drive automation and orchestration to scale service delivery.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and industry best practices.
• Drive growth, transformation and innovation in AI

Qualifications::
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Azure, AWS, Google, Microsoft, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Managed Services.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale security operations and client engagements.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), regulatory requirements, and threat landscapes.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google, and cloud security tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
