Senior Digital Strategy Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Strategy Consultant to lead complex digital transformation initiatives and support our clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing modern digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines a strategic consulting mindset with hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, strong AI prompting capabilities, and a proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires strong business acumen, communication excellence in both English and Spanish, and the ability to translate strategic goals into scalable, data-driven digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end digital strategy assessments, roadmaps and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

• Analyse client business models, operations and workflows to identify digital opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Advise C-level and senior management on digital operating models, automation, AI adoption, and technology modernization.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, transformation timelines and executive-level presentations.
• Design, implement and optimise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Build automation workflows, process automations, integrations and digital tools aligned with client needs.
• Ensure governance, best practices, scalability and compliance across Power Platform implementations.
• Support clients through solution adoption, documentation, training and continuous improvement.
• Design prompting strategies for GPT-based and LLM-based tools to optimise business workflows.
• Create and refine AI-driven solutions, including chatbots, copilots, automated knowledge bases, and productivity enhancers.
• Train client teams on best practices for prompting, responsible AI usage, and digital mindset enablement.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, managing expectations and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, design sprints, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Data, Engineering) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Produce high-quality project documentation, strategic reports, and operational frameworks.

Requirements:
• Native-level proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) with flexibility to travel to client sites when needed.
• 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, business consulting, or technology strategy.
• Proven experience leading strategic initiatives within multinational or consultancy environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience implementing workflow automations, integrations and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Solid understanding of AI prompting, generative AI tools, and automation-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or digital advisory firms.
• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure AI).
• Background in business analysis, process optimization or operational transformation.
• Familiarity with RPA tools, data modelling, or other automation platforms.
