Senior Customer Development Manager
Location: Fraser Valley, BC (In-Office)
Travel: Approximately 30 percent across BC, AB and Washington
Reports to: CEO

Role Purpose
The Senior Customer Development Manager is a senior role within Clearbridge’s sales team and reports directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for driving new revenue, expanding strategic customer relationships, and providing senior-level influence across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Lead complex, consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
Close managed services agreements and associated project work
Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting
Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned customers
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Mentor and support Customer Development Managers through deal strategy and best-practice sharing
Provide functional direction to sales support to ensure accurate proposals, CRM data, and follow-through
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure success both internally and externally (customers)
Qualifications
6+ years of B2B sales experience; ideally experience in Managed IT Services, SaaS, or technology consulting, however, experience selling into our verticles (transportation, construction) is also transferrable.
Proven success closing complex, consultative deals
Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable influencing peers and working closely with leadership
Highly disciplined, self-directed, and results-focused
Valid driver’s licence and passport with ability to travel within BC, AB and Washington
