Position: Senior Credit Analyst

Salary range: PHP 90,000 – PHP 100,000, with the final offer subject to the client’s discretion based on the candidate’s experience.

Working Hours: AU business hours daytime flexibility and flexibility up to 6pm AEDT when required

Work set-up: 100% Remote work

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to support complex Australian mortgage applications across a wide range of borrower profiles. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on credit strategy, loan structuring, and lender policy interpretation, rather than basic data entry.

You will work closely with mortgage brokers to deliver tailored lending solutions that align with both client goals and Australian lender requirements. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, with equipment and systems provided.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Analysis & Loan Strategy

• Conduct advanced credit assessments for Australian mortgage applications, including PAYG, self-employed, investor, and SMSF scenarios.
• Complete accurate servicing calculations in line with Australian lender requirements.
• Analyse borrower financials, including tax returns, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
• Research and interpret lender policies to identify suitable and competitive lending solutions.
• Recommend loan structures that meet lender criteria while supporting client objectives.

Loan Packaging & Execution

• Prepare high-quality credit proposals and lender submissions.
• Package applications accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with lender and industry standards.
• Liaise with lenders regarding policy clarification, credit decisions, and conditions.
• Assist with broker-delegated client communication when required.

Systems & Compliance

• Use MyCRM daily to manage pipeline, workflows, and client documentation.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, policy accuracy, and credit quality.
• Collaborate with brokers to refine internal systems, templates, and processes.
• Communicate using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and related tools.

Requirements:
Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Australian home loan lending, mortgage credit analysis, or mortgage broking.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian lender policies and servicing models.
• Proven ability to structure loans and assess complex credit scenarios.
• High-level capability in interpreting financial statements.
• Experience with MyCRM preferred but not essential.

Technical Proficiency

• Experience using Apply Online.
• Proficient with lender servicing calculators and Excel-based models.
• Confident using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
