Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester to join the development of a next-generation, AI-first fleet management platform built from the ground up using a cloud-native architecture. This is a greenfield opportunity to work on an innovative solution that leverages cutting-edge AI technologies to optimize fleet operations, enhance driver safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of backend services, APIs, and AI features—ranging from chatbots and LLM-based search to document recognition and automated verification tools.

Main technologies used in the project:
• Frontend: Vaadin (mobile-first, responsive)
• Backend: PostgreSQL (with JSON indexing)
• Server: Tomcat (Java stack)
• AI Services: TBC
Your tasks:
• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for complex backend systems and AI components.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure high-quality, testable features.
• Test RESTful APIs and microservices using tools like Postman and RestAssured.
• Develop and maintain test suites using modern automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, and JUnit.
• Perform exploratory testing and contribute to AI-specific test strategies, including validation of LLM behavior, chatbot response quality, and integration of AI agents.
• Monitor and test applications deployed in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
• Analyze business requirements and develop a strong understanding of fleet operations domain logic.
