You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, supporting decision-making across the Nordic markets (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland). You will act as a trusted partner who brings clarity to complex data and translates insights into concrete actions. This is an opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, influence decision-making, and help shape a strong data-driven culture. Your primary focus will be on developing price setting for different segments of consumer loans, both automation of the process and setting the prices itself.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Own and evolve the Nordic pricing ecosystem for Consumer Loans, ensuring competitive, compliant, and profitable pricing across markets (e.g. interest rates, fees, segmentation frameworks, and portfolio pricing adjustments)
• Translate data into pricing and business decisions by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and price sensitivity to identify opportunities and recommend actions
• Drive pricing strategy and governance by refining methodologies, ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory requirements, and maintaining clear documentation for audit and compliance
• Enable performance management and planning through forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
• Enhance data-driven ways of working by improving reporting, developing dashboards, and increasing automation of pricing and analytics processes
• Collaborate and contribute across teams by partnering with stakeholders to improve products and campaigns, while supporting knowledge sharing and development within the team
Skills required in this role (experience, education, personal characteristics):
You enjoy working at the intersection of data and business. You are curious, structured, and motivated by creating impact through analysis. You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience and background:
• +5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Experience in areas such as CRM analytics, customer insights, reporting, pricing, or profitability analysis
• Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business actions
• Experience in the financial industry is an advantage
• A graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Quantitative Methods, or similar (or equivalent experience)
Skills and competencies:
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a business-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple and actionable way
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Coding experience (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, or R) is a strong advantage
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
• Relevant experience from at least one Nordic market, with understanding of local dynamics, regulations, or customer behaviour
Personal characteristics:
• Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Structured and continuously seeking improvement
• Confident in sharing perspectives and challenging ideas constructively
• Self-driven with a collaborative mindset
