Senior AI Systems Architect (RAG & Agentic AI)
Consultant | Part-Time (20–30 hrs/week) | India
Compensation- ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per hour (based on seniority & depth we’re open to negotiation with the right candidates)

Location: Remote
We’re looking for a production-grade RAG & Agentic AI expert to design and scale real-world AI systems.This is NOT a prompt engineering or chatbot role.We need a backend/distributed systems engineer who has built and operated AI infrastructure under real traffic.

Retrieval reranking & high-QPS caching
Retrieval evaluation (recall@k, MRR, hit rate)
Grounded generation & hallucination mitigation
Knowledge base versioning & rollback
Large-scale indexing strategies
Vector Search Systems
Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, OpenSearch vector, etc.
ANN indexing & similarity search optimization
High-dimensional embedding tuning
Query latency optimization
Cost-performance tradeoffs in embedding storage
Scaling under heavy concurrency
Agentic AI Systems
Structured outputs (JSON schema enforcement)
Tool-calling workflows
Action gating & policy enforcement
State-machine conversation design
Retry/fallback strategies
Confidence scoring
