We're seeking an experienced AI engineer to develop cutting-edge generative AI applications in healthcare. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise to create innovative AI solutions that improve patient care and outcomes. You will have the chance to work with a world-class team to shape the future of healthcare with GenAI. You will work on and own ambitious projects with large impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research, evaluate, implement and deploy cutting edge GenAI technologies
• Model pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and feedback
• Build algorithms and agentic frameworks, laid foundation for scalable AI systems

Requirements:
• PhD/Masters in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience as individual contributor on AI product (e.g., AI/ML engineer, SDE, DS)
• Deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying deep learning, including LLM/LMM
• Hands-on experience in LLM/LMM pre-training, fine-tuning, data curation and synthesis
• Experienced in agent frameworks such as Langchain and/or building custom agentic frameworks
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience in PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks
• Experience in MLOps, system integration and monitoring of ML models in production
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions to solve domain-specific problems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex problems

Preferred Qualification:
• Experience in healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data
• Ability to implement and deploy latest GenAI research into production system
• Publications in AI journals/conferences or contributions to open-source GenAI projects
