CYBRET AI is building an AI-native cybersecurity platform designed to reason, prioritize, and act autonomously. We are redefining how security teams operate by replacing fragmented tools with intelligent systems that work at machine speed.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help design, build, and scale the intelligence layer of CYBRET AI.

This is a core technical role with deep influence over architecture, models, and how AI is applied in real-world security environments.

The Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work on the heart of CYBRET AI’s platform. You will design and implement AI systems that analyze security data, reason over complex environments, and generate decisions that matter.

You will work closely with security engineers, platform engineers, and product to turn advanced AI concepts into production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

AI Systems & Architecture
Design and implement AI pipelines for detection, reasoning, prioritization, and decision support
Build agent-based and workflow-driven AI systems operating over security data
Work with structured and unstructured data across logs, alerts, telemetry, and external intelligence
Design evaluation, feedback, and continuous improvement loops

Model Development & Integration
Develop and integrate LLM-based systems, retrieval pipelines, and hybrid ML approaches
Design prompt strategies, tool-calling systems, and multi-step reasoning flows
Optimize for latency, cost, reliability, and correctness in production

Production & Reliability
Build AI systems that are observable, debuggable, and safe in real environments
Collaborate on infrastructure, deployment, and scaling of AI services
Implement monitoring, evaluation metrics, and guardrails

Collaboration & Influence
Work closely with security domain experts to encode real-world reasoning into AI systems
Contribute to product direction and technical strategy
Help set engineering standards and mentor other engineers as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience building production AI or ML systems
Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent-based systems
Solid software engineering background with Python and modern backend systems
Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to reason about complex systems

Experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or large-scale data platforms is a strong bonus, but not required.
