We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Account Executive to lead full-cycle enterprise sales and drive revenue growth through strategic deal management. This role is designed for a sales professional who excels at managing complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging with senior decision-makers, and closing high-value deals within large organizations. The position requires a strong combination of sales strategy, relationship building, and technical understanding to effectively communicate product value in competitive enterprise environments.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure
• Identify and engage enterprise prospects through outbound outreach and strategic account targeting
• Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and communicate complex technical capabilities through clear business value narratives
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities and maintain consistent sales activity
• Lead pricing discussions and negotiations for high-value enterprise deals
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders including CXOs, sales leaders, IT heads, and procurement teams
• Identify and map enterprise buying committees including champions, decision-makers, and potential blockers
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, operational workflows, and integration needs
• Navigate enterprise procurement processes including legal reviews, security assessments, and compliance requirements
• Maintain strong knowledge of product capabilities, technical architecture, and integration possibilities
• Apply structured sales methodologies and forecasting frameworks to manage pipeline health and deal predictability
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and successful customer onboarding

• Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Experience generating and managing self-sourced sales pipelines
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities within enterprise sales environments
• Familiarity with structured sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, BANT, or similar methodologies
• Ability to navigate procurement processes, legal reviews, and security requirements within enterprise organizations
• High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills when engaging senior leadership stakeholders
