We are looking for a versatile Mid-Senior Developer to build and maintain security monitoring tools and automation systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, develop, and deploy tools that help identify security risks, monitor infrastructure, and automate security workflows.

You'll work on a variety of projects — from building vulnerability scanners to creating monitoring dashboards and automation pipelines. We need someone who can quickly understand new domains, pick up new technologies, and deliver working solutions end-to-end.

This role is ideal for a jack-of-all-trades who enjoys solving diverse technical challenges and isn't afraid to build things from scratch.

Main Responsibilities:
• Build security tools — vulnerability scanners, monitoring systems, automation scripts.
• Design and implement distributed systems for large-scale scanning and data processing.
• Integrate with external APIs, security tools, and data sources.
• Create web interfaces for tools and dashboards.
• Work with databases — design schemas, optimize queries, manage data pipelines.
• Write reliable code — proper error handling, retry logic, logging.
• Deploy and maintain tools in production (containers, Kubernetes).
• Adapt quickly — learn new technologies, tools, and security concepts as needed.

Core Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Golang (both is a plus).
• Full-stack mindset — comfortable with backend, APIs, databases, and basic frontend.
• Experience building tools from scratch — not just maintaining existing codebases.
• Database skills — SQL, ORM (SQLAlchemy or similar), query optimization.
• API development — REST APIs, working with external APIs and services.
• Problem-solving ability — can figure things out independently, read documentation, debug issues.
• Good understanding of networking basics (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP).

Bonus Points For:
• Security knowledge — understanding of common vulnerabilities, scanning techniques, security tools.
• Experience with distributed systems — task queues (Celery), message brokers, worker processes.
• DevOps skills — Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure automation.
• Web scraping / data collection — experience parsing HTML, handling rate limits, managing sessions.
• Async programming — Python async/await, concurrent processing.
• Linux proficiency — comfortable with command line, shell scripting.
• Experience with Redis — caching, locking, pub/sub.

Salary Range:
• Gross Salary 3200-7000 EUR/Month
