We are looking for Virtual Professionals based in the Philippines.
This is a fully remote position for the role of SDR (Inbound Sales) – Philippines-Based | US Hours | Pipeline Ownership

Role Summary

An SDR (Sales Development Representative) is responsible for handling early-stage sales conversations and moving leads toward a clear outcome.

In this role, you own inbound leads the moment they enter the system—initiating contact, running discovery calls, and driving every conversation toward a decision or a clear close.

You are not here to “support sales”—you are responsible for pipeline movement.

In practice, this means:

• You engage leads immediately when they come in
• You run structured discovery calls
• You qualify or disqualify decisively
• You handle objections in real time
• You push every interaction toward a defined next step

Every lead must move—forward or out. Nothing stays idle.

This is a high-volume, call-driven role where speed, consistency, and follow-up discipline determine success.

Core Responsibilities

1. Immediate Lead Engagement

• Contact inbound leads immediately when they come in (no batching or delayed outreach)
• Convert responses into live calls or scheduled discovery calls as fast as possible
• Take full control of the first conversation and guide it toward qualification

2. Discovery Calls That Drive Outcomes

• Run structured discovery calls to identify need, urgency, and fit
• Control the flow of the conversation instead of reacting to the prospect
• End every call with a clear next step: booked call, qualified opportunity, or disqualification

3. Follow-Up That Forces Movement

• After every interaction, log notes and set the next action immediately in CRM
• Follow up across multiple touchpoints (calls, SMS, email, messaging tools)
• Continue follow-ups until there is a clear outcome—not silence

4. Objection Handling in Real Time

• Identify the real reason behind hesitation (not surface-level excuses)
• Address objections live during the conversation
• Push for a decision: move forward, commit, or close out

5. Pipeline Ownership & CRM Discipline

• Keep CRM updated after every interaction—no backlog updates
• Maintain a pipeline that reflects real-time status, not assumptions
• Own conversion outcomes, not just activity

6. Feedback Loop & Improvement

• Identify patterns in objections and drop-offs
• Adjust messaging based on real conversations, not theory

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 2+ years experience in SDR, inside sales, telesales, or BPO voice sales roles
• Comfortable handling daily live calls (this is a voice-heavy role)
• Proven ability to follow up persistently beyond 3–5 attempts
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Willing to work US-aligned night shift from the Philippines
