Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our teams. The Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating our Agile projects, ensuring effective collaboration and guiding teams towards successful delivery. The role involves fostering a productive team environment, removing obstacles, and continuously improving processes to optimize the delivery of value to our clients.
Required Skills
• Agile Scrum Methodology: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools.
• Project Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Working Language: English to facilitate effective communication with our delivery managers in Romania.
Nice to Have
• Communicate in French to engage with certain Product Owners.
• Scrum Master certifications.
• Knowledge of generative AI, particularly using assistants like GitHub Copilot.
Behavioral skills:
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively in a Scrum environment.
• Autonomy and proactivity in the management of daily tasks.
• Ability to be proactive and propose solutions to the client
• Client-oriented attitude with a sense of responsibility.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
