About the Opportunity 

We are seeking a Scaffold Draftsman to join our team based at our Arundel Head Office. This role plays a key part in supporting our operational teams by producing accurate scaffold designs and layouts across residential construction projects. You will work closely with estimating and operations to ensure designs are practical, compliant and aligned to how we deliver on site. 

We are ideally looking to align this role with someone who has previous experience as a Scaffold Draftsman. As an alternative, we are also open to candidates with strong technical scaffolding knowledge who are looking to transition into an office-based role, with training provided to support development into drafting where required. 

About You 

Experience in scaffold drafting or a similar design/drafting role (highly regarded)
• OR strong scaffolding background (Leading Hand, Supervisor, Estimator) with an interest in moving off the tools
• Exposure to drafting/design systems such as iScaff, AutoCAD, Revit or similar 
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans 
• Knowledge of scaffold systems (e.g. Kwikstage, Layher or similar) 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
