WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
Senior / Expert-level experience with SAP Signavio, with a strong hands-on delivery mindset
Proven expertise in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and Process Manager
Advanced configuration skills: workspaces, KPIs, process models, dictionaries, and governance frameworks
Solid experience with SAP Signavio Process Mining, including setup and data ingestion
Ability to work independently on complex end-to-end implementations
Strong scripting capabilities in SAP Signavio (custom calculations, measures, logic)
Experience building custom KPIs, rules, alerts, and advanced dashboards
Strong understanding of process mining methodologies
Hands-on analysis of process variants, bottlenecks, compliance deviations, and performance KPIs
Experience integrating SAP Signavio with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other enterprise systems (APIs/connectors)
Ability to translate technical insights into clear, business-oriented recommendations
Nice to have:
SAP functional knowledge (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP)
Experience with Celonis (for hybrid or comparative environments)
Knowledge of BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in process excellence, automation, or digital transformation programs
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Lead end-to-end SAP Signavio implementations with a strong operational and hands-on approach
Configure and optimize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and Process Manager environments
Design and deploy process mining solutions to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Develop scripts, KPIs, dashboards, and alerts to generate actionable, data-driven insights
Enable automation-driven analysis, including root cause and deviation analysis
Integrate SAP Signavio with SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data quality and consistency
Support process transformation and optimization initiatives across business and IT teams
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Contribute to governance frameworks and best practices around process intelligence
