Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Client)

Overall Exp: 9-12 Yrs (Relevant 5+ exp in salesforce)

Role Overview

The Salesforce Solution Architect will serve as the technical owner for our Salesforce- and Certinia (FinancialForce)-based PSA platform. The role combines solution architecture leadership with hands‑on development, ensuring scalable, high‑performance solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and technical design for Salesforce + Certinia PSA solutions.
• Develop advanced custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
• Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and automations across PSA, CPQ, ERP, Billing, and Data Warehouse.
• Act as technical lead for PS Cloud initiatives; define standards and guide solution direction.
• Collaborate with Business Operations and Professional Services to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain expert understanding of Salesforce and Certinia data models, security, and performance considerations.
• Prepare and maintain architecture and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years Salesforce experience; strong admin and development background.
• 4+ years hands‑on Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA experience.
• Certinia PSA Implementation Consultant or System Admin certification.
• Expert in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑phase Salesforce/Certinia implementations.
• Strong understanding of PSA processes: project financials, utilization, revenue, time & expense.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (required); System/Application Architect preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with focus on scale and performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
