About the role

As the System Owner of several core internal IT systems (such as Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, Bitwarden, and n8n), you will be responsible for maintaining system stability, bridging cross-departmental needs, and continuously improving user experience and organizational efficiency through process optimization and tool implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the daily operations manager for Salesforce and other critical IT systems — handling account management, permissions, configuration maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and system health monitoring.

• Proactively monitor system performance, serve as the first line of support and improvement, and ensure that all issues are traceable and properly resolved.

• Help cross-functional teams understand system features and workflows by translating technical language into clear, accessible explanations.

• Manage multiple system-related requests (via tickets, Slack, email, etc.), effectively prioritize tasks, and track progress to completion.

• Write and maintain clear SOPs, user manuals, and system documentation to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Identify pain points in business processes, propose optimizations, and proactively design and implement automations or new tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n).

• Collaborate closely with IT, Data, Sales, and HR teams to ensure system functions align with organizational needs.

About you

• Excellent communication skills – Capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and clarifying requirements and limitations.

• Multitasking and time management – Able to handle and follow up on multiple requests and projects efficiently and reliably.

• Systematic thinking – Analyze problems at their root cause and propose practical, well-structured solutions.

• Discipline and documentation habits – Enjoy organizing processes clearly to help the team onboard and transition smoothly.

Process design and tool curiosity – Interested in automation and tool integration, and willing to learn and experiment.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace Admin, n8n, or Bitwarden.

• Technical background or experience implementing SaaS tools or automation scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, Zapier).

• Experience in cross-functional project management, IT Support, or IT Operations.
