This is how You Make a Difference:
As our Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the global Salesforce environment while supporting business teams across multiple regions. Your tasks will include:

• Administrating and continuously enhancing the Salesforce platform (users, roles, permissions, multi-currency, price books, product catalog, etc.).
• Ensuring data quality, system stability, performance, and scalability in a global Salesforce environment.
• Designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes using Salesforce Flows, automations, and approval workflows.
• Configuring and maintaining reports, dashboards, record types, page layouts, and dynamic forms.
• Coordinating development and releasing activities with external partners and consultants.
• Managing Salesforce seasonal releases and identifying opportunities to leverage new platform features.
• Ensuring compliance with governance, security, and data quality standards; maintaining system and process documentation.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related topics, including stakeholder support and user training.
• Supporting vendor, contract, and license management activities.

What you Bring to the Table:
• A minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• A strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud experience is a plus).
• A deep knowledge of Salesforce Flows, automation tools, and declarative development.
• Experience with roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with multi-currency environments.
• Experience in working with custom objects, record types, page layouts, dynamic forms and validation rules.
• Ability to manage change sets, sandboxes, and release processes.
• Experience with Salesforce App Builder.
• A basic understanding of Salesforce data model and data management (Data Loader, imports, exports).

Also an advantage:

• A Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with global organizations or multi-entity structures.
• Knowledge of CPQ, Pardot, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools.
• A basic understanding of Apex (reading logs, error handling).
• Experience with project management principles.
