Job summary
We are building a modern GTM Systems organization focused on scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with Senior and Lead Admins to deliver high‑quality declarative solutions across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Clouds. This is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented role. You’ll configure features, maintain automation, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing platform hygiene while learning to operate within release management and governance standards.
What you will do
• Configure and maintain core Salesforce functionality in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with exposure to Revenue Cloud (RCA) and Experience Cloud
• Build and maintain record‑triggered Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts following established patterns
• Assist with refactoring legacy automation (Workflow Rules / Process Builder) into Flows, using documented standards and templates
• Support quoting and contracting workflows by troubleshooting issues related to RCA, approvals, and document generation with senior oversight
• Execute configuration tasks from the GTM Systems backlog and participate in UAT and regression testing
• Maintain platform documentation, including configuration notes and basic deployment records
• Collaborate with GTM tooling teams on integrations and data hygiene activities (e.g., Outreach, LeanData, Gong)
What you will have
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a production environment
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, automation fundamentals, and security concepts
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining Flows (with support on more complex orchestration)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and escalate with clear context
• Comfort working from defined requirements in a release‑managed environment
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation habits
Nice to have
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Exposure to Revenue Cloud / CPQ concepts
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
