We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce professional with strong experience in User Access Management, Security and Compliance (SOC & SOX). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Salesforce environments, enforcing governance policies, and a foundational understanding of AWS and Python for automation and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration & Access Management
Oversee the full user lifecycle, including provisioning, deactivation, assignment of roles/profiles, and permission sets.
Design and maintain the role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Perform regular user access reviews and audits.
Implement and uphold a least privilege access model.
Establish a role hierarchy that aligns with the organizational structure (e.g., Sales → Manager → Director).
Manage record-level visibility using:
- Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD)
- Role hierarchy
- Sharing rules (criteria-based and owner-based).
Ensure sensitive information is protected and only accessible to authorized users.
Security & Compliance
Ensure adherence to SOC and SOX controls.
Monitor and enforce data security policies, including field-level security and object access.
Support both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
Maintain audit trails, conduct login monitoring, and perform security health checks.
Implement IP restrictions, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies, and session security configurations.
Platform Governance
Track and optimize Salesforce governor limits (such as CPU time, SOQL, DML limits).
Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Manage change management and release processes across sandbox, deployment, and version control environments.
Automation & Integration Support
Create basic automations using Flows and Process Builder (or Flow-based alternatives).
Utilize Python scripting (at a basic level) for reporting, automation, or system integrations.
Provide support for integrations with external systems, including AWS-based services.
Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare reports and dashboards focusing on user activity, access patterns, and compliance metrics.
Monitor system performance and usage statistics.
Identify potential risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Salesforce Administration.
Strong expertise in:
- User management including profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Salesforce security frameworks.
- Understanding of governor limits and platform constraints.
Experience supporting SOC and SOX audits and compliance initiatives.
Familiarity with Salesforce setup, reporting, and dashboard capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated industries such as Finance or Healthcare.
Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (e.g., S3, IAM, Lambda) at a foundational level.
Basic proficiency in Python scripting.
Experience with:
- Salesforce Shield components (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring).
- Identity & Access Management technologies (SSO, OAuth, SAML).
- DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.
- Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS) and scripting in Python.
