Sales Support / Sales Operations Specialist
What would your job look like?
As a Sales Support / Sales Operations Specialist, you are part of our CST team (Customer Success), meaning you are the partner our Account Managers and customers rely on every day. You help them from the first quote to the critical management of contract renewals, coordinating the process with a focus on seamless execution. You are the glue that connects Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring that while we grow, our customers always remain protected and supported.
Your Responsibilities
• Renewal management: Proactively own the quotation process and renewal pipeline to ensure continuous client protection.
• Customer journey: Manage the end-to-end flow of requests, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Stakeholder liaison: Act as the primary link between Sales, Finance, and Operations, while managing vendor and distributor relations.
• Order & logistics: Process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and track hardware/license deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Tender support: Help out on the bid process (RFPs/RFIs) by gathering documentation and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.
