About the role
As our Sales team grows in size and complexity, we are looking for a Sales Ops & Enablement Specialist to support revenue teams by removing friction, answering complex product questions, and building technical solutions that help shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates.
This is a highly hybrid role — we are looking for someone who combines strong customer-facing and communication skills with a genuine technical background. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Ops, and Engineering, working closely with Account Executives, SDRs, RevOps, and technical stakeholders to ensure the team is equipped with the right tools, demos, data, and processes to win.
Expect a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same: one day you may be on a live technical demo with a prospect, the next you are building an API integration, debugging a workflow, or writing JavaScript to customize a bot experience. If you are equally comfortable in a customer call and a code editor, this role was made for you.
