Join us as a Sales Operations Specialist ​- Portfolio Administrator on our Global Asset Management team in Casablanca to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As a Portfolio Administrator, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities. You will understand business implications of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive knowledge management initiatives.

You will:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your assigned accounts

• Provide customer support and resolve queries in a timely manner

• Carry out returns management administration including terminations, delinquency and billing

• Prepare end of lease correspondence in advance of terminations

• Support the manager in the development & implementation of business process improvements & efficiency/productivity gains

Essential Requirements

• Fluent written and oral English & French

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented individual who can multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

• Must possess organizational maturity and an ability to work with a wide variety of people across the company in the achievement of common objectives

Desirable Requirements

• Technical Identification Skills: Familiarity with Dell products and diverse customer Asset identification
