We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant who embodies these values and thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

 In this role, you will be dedicated to assisting HOTB with social media and marketing content, which may include: content creation, posting, editing, collaborating with vendors and teammates, learning new trends, networking, creating material needed for sales, tour signs, behind the scenes footage, and additional projects or duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will shadow the Sales Team on their client appointments, learn how to give venue tours, assist with client follow-ups, appointment confirmations, create client invoices, menu costing, and more.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business, TikTok, Pinterest, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, Caterease & Google Drive.

Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and weeknights as needed.

Ensure compliance with Maryland's alcohol service regulations (must be 21+).
