• Lead and coordinate tendering activities for digital solutions, ensuring competitive bids in collaboration with Regional Service Centres.
• Maintain and improve the digital solution calculation tool, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Develop and update documentation for new digital products, including calculation logic and methodologies.
• Support market positioning and pricing strategies for digital service products.
• Train and support Regional Service Centres in promoting and tendering digital solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, project partners, consultants, and agents.
• Manage risks and opportunities to optimize the company’s commercial and contractual position.
• Contribute to commercial strategy development, team development, and provide feedback on technical trends.
• Experience with automation, digital products, and related business models.
• Proven Experience in Solution selling.
• Knowledge of digital products in WtE or RG plants is an advantage.
• Several years in sales, proposal management, or product management in the power industry.
• Experience in product management and documentation.
• Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Advanced negotiation and contract management experience.
• Understanding of industry business practices, service agreements, and commercial/contractual concepts in digitalization.
• The role requires moderate travel (15–30% annually; 30–70 days per year)
• Fluent in German & English; additional languages advantageous.
