The Role
A 360° sales position owning all commercial revenue channels — weddings, MICE and conferencing, villa accommodation, travel trade, and leisure tourism packages. You will manage your pipeline end-to-end, follow up every lead, and be the primary relationship-builder between Benguela Cove and the national and international travel trade.
This role suits someone who creates their own momentum and needs no hand-holding.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales pipeline with CRM discipline — every lead tracked and followed up
Build and manage relationships with national and international travel agents, inbound operators, and DMCs
Create, price, and quote bespoke travel packages; host agent FAM visits and site inspections
Represent Benguela Cove at national and international trade shows
Drive wedding, conference, and villa enquiries from first contact to signed contract
Report pipeline and revenue forecasts directly to ownership
Requirements
5+ years' sales experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or luxury events
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets in a comparable role
Existing travel trade relationships — national and/or international
Disciplined pipeline manager; confident producing proposals and quotes independently
Valid driver's licence and own transport
Wine estate, boutique hotel, or destination venue experience advantageous
