We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a senior sales professional to help accelerate revenue and expand our enterprise client base.
Role Overview
We are strengthening our sales function to support the next stage of growth.
This role is designed for a hands-on sales leader who can both close deals and help build structure, process, and strategy as the company scales.
This is not a purely managerial role. The successful candidate will begin as an individual contributor with ownership over pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue growth, with the opportunity to grow into broader sales leadership as the team expands.
This is a high-impact position for a strategic and execution-focused sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments. You will own the full sales cycle, work closely with leadership, and help shape the go-to-market strategy while directly contributing to revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, closing, and leading, not just managing.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle sales for mid-market and enterprise clients
Develop and execute outbound and account-based sales strategies
Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with marketing, brand, and eCommerce teams
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Contribute input to pricing, positioning, and GTM discussions
Help develop repeatable sales processes and playbooks
Represent Creator in client meetings and industry conversations
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Martech, or performance marketing sales
Proven track record closing complex B2B deals
Experience selling to marketing, brand, eCommerce, or growth teams
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor
Highly organized, data-driven, and process-oriented
Builder mindset with entrepreneurial drive
Preferred
Experience selling influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator platforms
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Experience helping scale a sales function or building outbound motion
Existing network in marketing / eCommerce / agency space

Compensation Range
We offer a starting salary of $90,000 - $120,000 CAD
Total compensation includes salary, commission, bonus, benefits, and other perks
