• Develop, manage, and expand a client portfolio (property owners, engineering firms, installers, and distributors) in Cataluña, with the goal of promoting  sale of Hitachi products.
• Conduct technical analyses and oversee implementation to ensure the effective use of our products in HVAC projects.
• Prepare detailed cost proposals and budgets, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with client expectations and company objectives.
• Organize and conduct training sessions, technical visits, and strategic meetings to educate and promote the use of our products, thereby strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Manage project tracking from inception to sale completion, providing comprehensive support to design and installation teams, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the process.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activity.
 
• Solid experience in technical and commercial sales within the HVAC and air conditioning sector
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions
• Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC products
• Knowledge of equipment selection software and experience using Salesforce CRM will be valued
• Good level of English and Spanish
• Organized professional with excellent communication skills.
