Aspen Fiber Networks is expanding its sales team as part of our commercial team, Aspen Technology Group (aspentechnologgroup.com), on a major growth initiative, and we are hiring driven, competitive individuals to join us at the ground level.
We provide end-to-end technology solutions—connectivity, infrastructure, and managed IT—serving as the outsourced IT partner for our clients. This role offers direct exposure to real sales opportunities in a rapidly growing industry.

What You’ll Do
• Prospect and engage new business opportunities (phone, email, and in-person)
• Qualify decision-makers and set appointments
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Learn how to position and sell technology solutions to businesses
• Work directly with leadership on sales strategy and execution
• Track activity and performance in CRM systems
• Six month progressive ramp up period.

Compensation
• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Starting at $36,000 – $60,000 based on experience, education, and technology knowledge
• First-Year On-Target Earnings: $72,000 – $120,000+
• Uncapped earning potential — top performers exceed OTE
