Intro:
You speak French and are looking for a meaningful job in Prishtina, where you can fully develop your potential while working in a great team? Then this position could be perfect for you!
We are a German company and opened our first office in Prishtina in July 2025 at the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK). We currently have 8 employees there and plan to grow to around 15 team members by the end of the year. Exciting times are ahead for both you and us! :)
Compensation & Start Date
• Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, including a one-hour lunch break
• Optional home office on Wednesdays
• Salary: €1,800 – €2,200 for a 40-hour work week
• Higher compensation possible with increased responsibility
• Includes 23 vacation days plus official public holidays in Prishtina
• Paid sick leave included
About SAWOO
SAWOO GmbH is an international, dynamic company, based in Germany with around 20 employees.
We build and manage communities that bring together C-level executives from major companies. Our goal is to help leaders solve challenges and grow personally and professionally. Members of our communities include executives from companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Airbus, Amazon, and Siemens.
In our 8 communities, we currently organize the following:
• Around 25 in-person networking events in 7 different countries per month
• 4 conferences in Munich, London and Paris per year
• Additional networking opportunities for community members
Our goal is to welcome two million active members into our communities by 2034.

Your tasks:
Your goal is to convert interested executives into participants at our community events.
Main responsibilities:
• Responding to incoming LinkedIn and email messages generated through our outbound activities (80%)
• Calling and emailing people who have already shown interest in events (20%)
Specific tasks:
• Answer incoming LinkedIn and email messages
• Conduct short phone calls with decision-makers who want more information about participating in events
• Contact all registered event participants to confirm attendance and maximize show-up rates
• Maintain and update the CRM system
• Continuously improve scripts, workflows, and processes
Your profile:
You should have:
• French and English skills at minimum C1 level with excellent spelling and grammar
• Motivation driven by goals, KPI tracking, and responsibility
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A proactive and energetic mindset
• Fast and confident computer and internet skills
• Willingness to travel abroad for company meetings 2–4 times per year
