As an SDR, you’ll sit at the front line of revenue generation. Your success directly impacts your earnings and progression.
You’ll be responsible for:
Identifying and targeting high-value prospects across Europe and beyond
Creating opportunity from scratch through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
Qualifying decision-makers by uncovering needs, pain points, and buying intent
Booking high-quality meetings and opportunities for Account Executives to close
Owning your pipeline and activity metrics using best-in-class sales tools
This is a performance-led role—perfect for individuals who enjoy being measured, coached, and rewarded for outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently hitting and exceeding meeting and pipeline targets
Maintaining high activity levels (calls, personalised emails, social touches)
Building strong relationships with AEs and Marketing to maximise conversion
Developing elite sales skills that translate directly into closed wins and higher earnings

Skills:
Exceptional communication, confidence, resilience, curiosity, organisation, and time management.
Tools:
Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, calling & emailing platforms, and AI-powered sales tools. And… A Telephone (80% of our revenue is generated from a cold call),
