🎯** Sobre la posición** Buscamos incorporar un Sales Development Representative (SDR) con enfoque estratégico y consultivo, para activar y escalar el motor comercial B2B en el mercado español dentro del sector Real Estate Comercial. La posición está diseñada como un rol de largo plazo, con un modelo de crecimiento por fases: iniciando con prospección y generación de oportunidades cualificadas, y evolucionando hacia un rol de Account Executive, con mayor responsabilidad sobre el pipeline y cuentas estratégicas.

📋** Responsabilidades** • 🔎 Prospección B2B en cuentas clave del sector Real Estate Comercial. • 🤝 Interlocución con perfiles directivos (C‑Level, Asset Managers, Directores de Inversión). • 💡 Generación y cualificación de oportunidades comerciales de alto valor. • 📊 Gestión rigurosa del CRM y calidad del dato. • 📅 Agendamiento y seguimiento de reuniones comerciales (Call 1 y Call 2). • 📈 Acompañamiento en la progresión de oportunidades hacia cierre (fase avanzada). • 🛠️ Contribución a la estructuración del área comercial y procesos de ventas.
