Your tasks:
You will be the main contact person for our customers in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland, taking care of their inquiries and providing overall customer support.
In Sales Management you will be responsible for the following activities:
- You will look after our demanding prospects and customers in the sales phase up to the conclusion of the contract.
- You will develop suitable acquisition presentations and offers, present them confidently to potential customers in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland, guide the interested parties safely through the price negotiations and successfully conclude the contract.
- You use your experience to promote the acceptance of the solution with the customer and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous analyses
In Customer Success, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- You will maintain the relationship with existing accounts and act as the single point of contact (SPoC) for our customers
- You advise our accounts on product renewals and on the optimal use of our solutions
- You identify cross- and up-selling opportunities with our demanding customers and ensure their implementation
You:
- You have several years of experience in online sales or in a similar environment
- You listen actively to the customer, are articulate and precise in your expression and communicate confidently, openly and in a target group-oriented manner
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and French, English is a plus
- You have a high level of quality and performance awareness and your structured and winning manner is just as convincing as your closing power in sales
- You have a higher professional education in the commercial field and ideally have further education in the field of sales and marketing or are planning to do so in the near future.
