Mosquito Squad is a leading outdoor pest control franchise operating across the United States. Franchise locations provide mosquito and tick control services designed to protect families and outdoor spaces.
Revenue growth depends on fast response to new inquiries, strong outbound follow-up discipline, recurring program growth, and exceptional customer experience.
This role exists to protect and grow that revenue.
About the Role
This role exists to convert inbound inquiries, drive outbound follow-up, and grow recurring service programs.
You will manage inbound and outbound sales activity, track pipeline movement, promote recurring treatments, and maintain strong customer relationships.
This is not a passive order-taking role. You are responsible for speed-to-lead response, objection handling, follow-up discipline, and protecting every sales opportunity.
You are the revenue engine behind the front office.
What You’ll Do
Inbound Lead Conversion
• Respond promptly to inbound calls and web inquiries
• Qualify potential clients and clearly explain services
• Convert inquiries into scheduled estimates or appointments
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong inquiry-to-booking conversion rates
Outbound Sales & Follow-Up
• Perform outbound calls to new leads and unsold estimates
• Re-engage past clients for seasonal treatments
• Follow structured scripts and sales workflows
• Maintain strong speed-to-lead standards
• Ensure no opportunity goes untouched
Membership & Recurring Program Growth
• Promote recurring service programs
• Track renewal opportunities
• Fill schedule gaps proactively
• Support retention and upsell initiatives
• Protect recurring revenue streams
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
• Maintain organized client records
• Update lead statuses consistently
• Track pipeline movement and sales activity
• Ensure reporting visibility and accurate data
Customer Service & Retention Support
• Address customer concerns professionally
• Coordinate service follow-ups
• Maintain a 5-star customer experience standard
• Protect brand reputation
What You Bring
Required Experience
• Sales or customer service experience (home services preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable handling objections on live calls
• Experience with inbound and outbound call handling
• Experience using CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar preferred)
• Experience with cloud-based calling systems / VoIP
• Google Workspace or Outlook proficiency
• Comfortable using structured sales scripts and workflows
• Experience maintaining organized sales pipelines
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Availability to overlap with U.S. business hours
Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus)
• Experience in pest control, lawn care, or seasonal service industries
• Experience promoting recurring programs or memberships
• Experience working with U.S.-based customers
• Experience tracking sales metrics (conversion rates, close rates, renewals)
