The RHUbique team is currently seeking applications for the position of Sales Coordinator, for one of our clients in the food industry.
The Sales Coordinator will report to the Sr. Director of Client Management. The role requires fluent communication skills in french and english (written and spoken) strong organization and attention to detail. They work closely with Brand Specialists, Key Account Manager’s and Client Manager’s.

You have...
post secondary education in related field and/or 1 to 3 years of administration/ marketing administration or related experience.
previous experience in data input and managing data.
previous experience with Trade Spend Management systems such as Exceedra, Blue Planner, etc.
very strong knowledge in Power BI and Excel
a strong knowledge in PowerPoint (an asset)
an aptitude for numeric accuracy and data entry
very good analytical skills
the ability to self-manage and work autonomously
tha ability to manage changing priorities
strong communication skills, characterized by honesty, transparency, and authenticity
a strong drive to meet deadlines
Here's what your day might look like...
Utilizes customized software, to set up principles, enter orders, generate reports, update pricing and new items, create deal tables, etc.
Manages the processing of debits and tracking debit using appropriate documentation.
Builds & maintains BI dashboard reports by extracting data from the CRM system
Completes various administrative tasks such as filling out promotional forms, new item presentation forms, credit applications, creating PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, and contracts.
Provides support to Key Account Managers by assisting with accounts in their portfolio, which includes budget management and reconciliation.
Schedules and coordinates customer/brand events and sponsorships throughout the year.
Manages and ensures timely internal and external communication regarding promotions.
Tracks accounts/brands within local advertisements.
Complies with all company policies and procedures.
Serves as an ambassador of the client, embodying the company culture in all internal and external communications and interactions.
