What You’ll Do

Assist with the installation and replacement of commercial roofing systems, including TPO and other single-ply systems

Prepare job sites, including setting up materials, tools, and safety equipment

Support roofers in installing vapor barriers, insulation layers, and roofing membranes

Help with tear-offs, clean-ups, and general labor tasks on both new build and re-roofing projects

Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment at all times

What You Bring

Previous construction or labor experience preferred; roofing experience is an asset

Ability to lift to 45–50 kg (100 lbs.)

Valid Working at Heights Certification or willingness to obtain

Access to CSA-approved safety gear and basic tools

Flexibility with working hours and travel to job sites

Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to learn on the job and grow into more skilled roles
