Job Description
Your mission:
We move fast. Over 50,000 merchants rely on JTL — and our go-to-market stack needs to keep up. JTL is one of the leading e-commerce software providers in the German-speaking market. With multiple companies growing under the JTL Group umbrella, our revenue engine is becoming more sophisticated by the month. That's a good problem to have. But it needs the right person to architect the systems behind it — someone who can build in Salesforce, think in terms of revenue funnels, and bring an automation-first mindset to everything they touch. This role is within our Revenue Operations team. You'll own the Salesforce org as your primary execution layer while progressively shaping how the entire GTM machine runs — from data architecture and process design to tooling strategy and funnel analytics. If you're someone who gets excited about making complex revenue systems work and wants to grow into broader Revenue Operations ownership over time, this is the role for you.Your mission
• You own and evolve the Salesforce org across all JTL Group companies — this means actively building, not just maintaining. You are responsible for flows, data model design, integration architecture, user management design, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and overall platform health.
• You design and enforce data quality standards, including deduplication, hygiene, bulk import processes, and ongoing governance to ensure long-term data integrity across multiple brands.
• You build reports and dashboards that give GTM leadership reliable pipeline visibility and performance insights — and that inform GTM decisions, not just tell stories.
• You implement and continuously improve lead management and pipeline processes, such as routing logic, lifecycle stage definitions, conversion rules, and funnel architecture.
• You collaborate closely on system integrations and sync architecture — especially the HubSpot–Salesforce bidirectional sync — to ensure data flows cleanly across the stack.
• You maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and architectural decisions.
• You bring an AI-first and automation-first mindset to everything you build, identifying where intelligent automation can replace manual effort, reduce error, and scale the team's impact.
• You take on progressively broader RevOps scope over time, including funnel architecture, attribution modelling, tooling evaluation, and cross-company process standardisation.
Your profile:
• You have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a scaling environment — you've built real things, not just clicked through setup menus.
• You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201); additional certifications are a bonus.
• You have a strong command of Flow-based automation and declarative configuration; you apply architectural thinking before reaching for complexity, and you know when to push back on bad patterns.
• You have proven experience managing data quality at scale — deduplication, bulk operations, structured data governance.
• You have a genuine understanding of Revenue Operations principles — funnel metrics, pipeline health, and how CRM design enables commercial outcomes.
• You possess an AI-first and automation-first mindset: you actively look for ways to reduce manual work through intelligent tooling, and you're comfortable evaluating and implementing new capabilities.
• You have the ability to operate across multiple brands or business units with varying processes and stakeholder needs.
• Bonus: You have HubSpot experience, especially with the HubSpot–Salesforce bidirectional sync.
• You are fluent in English – German skills are a bonus.
