We are seeking a Senior CRM Operator (RevOps Strategist) to lead CRM strategy, implementation, optimization, and technical escalation for our clients. Unlike standard CRM support roles, this position exists to ensure that clients actively use their CRM to drive revenue—not just to maintain a basic setup. You will coach clients on sales and marketing workflows, build and optimize systems in GoHighLevel, solve complex technical issues, and serve as the highest-level escalation point for the CRM team. This is a senior, client-facing, strategically focused role requiring deep expertise in revenue operations, automation logic, pipelines, lead routing, and sales process design.
Key Responsibilities Client Strategy, Coaching & Consulting
Lead CRM strategy calls to design high‑converting sales, intake, and follow‑up processes. Translate business goals into scalable CRM workflows (pipelines, automations, notifications, calendars). Educate clients on CRM best practices for marketing, sales, and operations. Act as a trusted advisor to practice owners and intake teams.
CRM Implementation & Optimization
Build and optimize CRM systems inside GoHighLevel, including:
Pipelines and opportunity stages Automations and workflows Forms, calendars, and lead routing Email/SMS sequences Tracking, attribution, and reporting
Implement new CRM setups, upgrades, and ongoing optimizations. Perform QA on existing systems to eliminate errors, bottlenecks, and confusion. Ensure CRM builds follow Therapy Flow standards of simplicity and scalability. Create internal documentation and knowledge‑base content. Understand and properly implement AI tools within the platform.
Technical Escalations & Internal Support
Serve as the final escalation point for complex CRM issues. Diagnose and resolve automation failures, logic errors, integrations, and data flow problems. Support junior CRM team members through guidance and troubleshooting. Identify recurring problems and contribute to improved SOPs and training materials.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with Account Managers, PSMs, Ads, Web, and SEO teams. Ensure CRM systems align with marketing strategies, campaigns, and lead sources. Provide clear documentation and internal handoffs for consistent client experience.
Requirements to Succeed
2+ years of hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required). 2+ years in Revenue Operations (RevOps), sales systems, or marketing operations. Excellent spoken English (C1+) with native‑level clarity. Proven experience designing:
Sales pipelines Lead follow‑up systems Automation logic Intake and booking workflows
Strong client‑facing communication and coaching skills. Advanced technical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment. Strong alignment with Therapy Flow’s values — especially simplicity, ownership, and WOW service.
