Job Description

Abi is a global virtual care platform, providing patients with on-demand, omni-channel access to healthcare professionals in 40 countries around the world. Our mission is to make professional healthcare as easy to access as advice from a friend.

The role

In this role, you will own and optimise our revenue operations infrastructure. You will support the BD and Client Success teams through clean data, efficient processes, and clear performance reporting. You will also manage pricing tools and coordinate conferences and events that support our commercial growth.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership on commercial performance.

Objectives

You will ensure our commercial teams operate with clarity, efficiency, and reliable data.

Tasks

• Own and manage HubSpot (data integrity, workflows, reporting)
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Support BD and CS teams with sales administration and deal tracking
• Build and maintain pricing tools and commercial models
• Produce regular revenue and performance reports for leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements across the revenue cycle
• Coordinate conferences and industry events (planning, logistics, vendor management)
• Manage related budgets and track ROI from events

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
• Strong experience with HubSpot
• Experience supporting sales teams with reporting and pipeline management
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience building or managing pricing tools or commercial models
• Experience coordinating events or conferences is a plus
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business is a plus
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
