About the role:

You are a commercial contributor within our Retail Media team in Belgium. You prospect and develop opportunities with Consumer Health Care and Beauty & Personal Care brands, turning briefs into Retail Media proposals and signed agreements.

You work closely with Campaign Management and internal experts to build campaigns that deliver measurable results and help brands grow on Farmaline.

 

About your tasks:

• Build and strategically grow a high-quality pipeline with existing clients and new prospects, driving sustainable revenue expansion.
• Create compelling, data-driven proposals and media plans (sponsored products, onsite display, programmatic) tailored to client objectives.
• Lead negotiations for commitments and campaign packages, leveraging team expertise for complex annual agreements to maximize value for both parties.
• Ensure a seamless handover to Campaign Management and remain actively involved in performance reviews to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Proactively identify and unlock growth opportunities through structured quarterly business reviews.

 

About you:

 

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Advertising sales / Retail Media / e-commerce media, with a proven commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end (prospecting → proposal → negotiation → close) with autonomy and ownership.
• Strong confidence with performance metrics and the ability to translate data into compelling client narratives.
• English, French and Dutch fluent.
