Responsabilités 

Le Gestionnaire de la réussite client (Customer Success Manager – CSM) joue un rôle clé dans la satisfaction, l’adoption et la fidélisation des clients. Agissant comme lien entre les équipes des Ventes, du Support et du Produit, il assure une expérience client fluide tout au long du cycle de vie du client.

Le CSM accompagne les clients lors de l’onboarding, favorise une mise en valeur rapide du produit (« time-to-value ») et les aide à atteindre des succès initiaux et continus. Il maintient un engagement proactif afin d’encourager l’adoption, de surveiller la satisfaction et de réduire le taux de désabonnement.

Le CSM est également responsable de la gestion des renouvellements clients, incluant le suivi des échéances, la coordination interne et le soutien aux discussions de renouvellement afin d’assurer la continuité des relations à long terme.

À titre de conseiller de confiance, le CSM développe des relations solides avec les parties prenantes, comprend les besoins des clients et défend leurs intérêts à l’interne. Il collabore étroitement avec les équipes internes pour identifier les tendances, résoudre les enjeux et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des produits et services.

Le CSM contribue également à la croissance de l’entreprise en identifiant des opportunités d’upsell et de cross-sell, tout en favorisant une culture centrée sur le client.

Responsibility :

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term success. Acting as a bridge between Sales, Support, and Product teams, the CSM ensures a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

The CSM leads customer onboarding, supports rapid time-to-value, and helps clients achieve early and ongoing success with our solutions. They proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, monitor satisfaction, and reduce churn.

The CSM is also responsible for managing customer renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups, coordinating internal stakeholders, and supporting renewal discussions to maintain long-term customer relationships.

As a trusted advisor, the CSM builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, understands customer needs, and advocates for them internally. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvements.

The CSM also supports business growth by identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, while promoting a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Basic

Bachelor’s degree required

Proficiency in both French and English is required due to frequent interactions with international clients.
