About the Role

Clipboard is transforming the talent marketplace by connecting workplaces with professionals they need, when they need them.

Our Sales team is growing fast and we're doing work that genuinely matters whilst having a load of fun - check out this profile of Kushal to get a taste of what life in the team is like.

As an Account Executive, you’ll prospect, close, and expand facility partners through inside sales techniques. You’ll be assigned a market of accounts in the US and will be accountable for revenue growth in that market. Whether you’re an early-career builder looking to learn fast, or an experienced seller/operator, there’s an opportunity at Clipboard.

This role is remote, with occasional travel to the US for conferences, team time, and select customer meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate pipeline via outbound (primarily calls & emails) and inbound lead follow-up

• Pitch and demo Clipboard clearly - tailoring the story to each facility’s pain points

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement

• Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

• Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (B2B Sales Environment)

• Occasional travel to the US for conferences, team time, and select customer meetings.

Who You Are

Early Career Path

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer-facing roles, or B2B field sales

• Fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to build a strong commercial foundation

• Motivated by relationship building

Experienced Path

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (healthcare or marketplace experience a plus)

• Skilled at managing a full book of business - prospecting, closing, and expanding existing accounts

• Data-driven and strategic, able to shape territory plans and mentor newer teammates

• Comfortable owning results end to end with minimal oversight
