Job Description            

• Warranty Claims Processor, Ag Equipment - In this position candidate will process Ag Equipment warranty claims submitted by client's Dealers. 

• Will review claims in their work queue, make a determination on what to do with the claim and then take action to reject, approve, and/or collect more information. 

• In some cases will initiate contact with the dealer to collect more information via e-mail or phone. 

• On very rare occasions they may communicate with the factory.

• Candidates must be able to work independently, have the ability to follow instructions and guidelines, make quick decisions, learn new computer programs quickly, and have good communication skills. 

• As well as basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word. 

• An ideal candidate will have a farming, ranching, and/or technical background. 

• A four year degree is ideal but not required.
