You’ll join our Talent Acquisition team in Auckland as a Recruitment Coordinator - Early Careers Campaign from January until April 2026 and be part of a passionate, nationwide team of recruitment professionals dedicated to connecting great people with meaningful opportunities. Our award-winning team plays a vital role in shaping the future of Deloitte New Zealand. There is potential for a permanent role for the right person. 
The impact you’ll make: 
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be ready to hit the ground running to support our graduate campaign. As well as the opportunity to develop your knowledge of recruitment and events, you would be joining a globally recognised leader in Professional Services and a team of intelligent and high-performing people that will support you in your personal career development. Your typical day will include: 
• Providing key support during our busy award-winning graduate recruitment campaign, assisting with coordination and event management  
• Scheduling of interviews  
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders  
• Preparing employment contracts and other documentation  
• Collecting data and assisting with reporting  
• Assisting with social media and web campaigns  
• Ensuring successful recruitment outcomes through efficient and high-quality delivery of service  
Your expertise: 
Bring your knowledge in events, recruitment and communications, and see what impact you can make.  
You’ll also have: 
• The ability to follow and identify gaps in processes and implement improvements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
• The ability to prioritise and effectively manage expectations and meet business deadlines  
• An eagerness to learn and grow your skills in talent acquisition
• A keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
• A proactive, organised attitude, and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• An enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to join a high-performance environment focused on people
• Work experience in a HR, Recruitment or People focussed team is ideal, but not essential
