Job Overview
Docketly is hiring a results-driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of 7–10 recruiters in a high-volume Legal staffing environment. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring accountability to KPIs, and developing recruiters to consistently meet production, quality, and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of high-volume recruiters, ensuring strong daily performance
• Drive production across coverage, scheduling, and fulfillment metrics
• Own and track KPIs including placements, coverage, margin, and loss prevention
• Run daily stand-ups and performance reviews to maintain accountability
• Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed, and candidate quality
• Monitor losses, drops, and margin adherence to meet company standards
• Partner with leadership on staffing forecasts and coverage strategy
• Enforce approval processes for cancellations and losses
• Improve and scale recruiting processes for efficiency and consistency
• Develop top performers and address underperformance quickly
• Collaborate closely with operations and account management teams
Qualifications
• 2–4 years leading teams in high-volume recruiting or staffing
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive production targets
• Experience coaching recruiters to improve performance and output
• Strong understanding of staffing metrics, margins, and loss prevention
• Data-driven with experience using KPIs and dashboards
• Comfortable in high-accountability, fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership
• Ability to balance speed and quality
• Experience developing talent and building team strength
• Clear, direct communicator with a focus on results

Pay Range: $63,000-$75,000-based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.
