Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced full-cycle recruiter who has owned GTM and G&A searches in B2B SaaS, not just supported them. You know how to build pipeline through outbound, keep several searches moving with clean, simple process, and use basic funnel data to decide what to do next. You show up as a calm, direct partner to hiring managers, bringing clear plans and tradeoffs instead of just raising problems. Prior MarTech experience is a plus, but not required.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll have ownership of high-impact GTM and G&A roles end-to-end, from intake through offer and close. You’ll work closely with GTM leaders to clarify role outcomes, build targeted pipelines, and improve how we hire. Day to day, you’ll balance hands-on sourcing, structured interviews, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that key searches are filled on time at a high bar while candidates experience a clear, consistent process.

Primary responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM and G&A roles, from intake through closing.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, must-haves vs nice-to-haves, and interview plans.

• Build and maintain healthy outbound and inbound pipelines for core GTM roles.

• Monitor pipeline and funnel metrics for your searches and adjust strategy based on data.

• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, with timely updates and clear expectations.

• Help refine scorecards and interview loops for your roles to improve signal and speed.

• Communicate regular search updates, risks, and tradeoffs to GTM leaders and the Talent team.

Desired skills & experience

• 4 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (including sourcing passive candidates) for GTM and/or G&A roles at a B2B SaaS company.

• Proven ability to build and execute outbound sourcing plans in competitive markets.

• You leverage AI and automation thoughtfully to make your sourcing, screening, and communication more effective and efficient, without sacrificing judgment or candidate experience

• Strong hiring manager partnership skills, including intake, calibration, and expectation-setting.

• You take ownership of your work, are accountable for your mistakes, and have a strong growth mindset.

• Excellent attention to detail; your written work, candidate notes, and pipelines are accurate and reliable.

• Data-driven approach to recruiting, using funnel and pipeline metrics to guide decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches in parallel while staying organized.

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Nice to haves

• Prior experience recruiting within the MarTech industry or for MarTech-adjacent GTM roles.

• Prior experience with Technical Roles & recruiting for Software Engineers at a B2B SaaS company and/or a high growth startup.

• Experience with Ashby.

• Experience partnering directly with Sales or GTM leadership in a metrics-driven environment.

• Experience contributing to lightweight recruiting process improvements (loops, scorecards, intake).
