Job Description

Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention, hôtel 4* situé au Cœur de l’Aéroport de Roissy, une vue imprenable sur les pistes, ses 345 chambres, son restaurant, son bar, ses 18 salles de réunion, sa piscine ainsi que son board meeting qui surplombent les pistes de l’aéroport, recherche un (e) Réceptionniste H/F en CDD

Rattaché(e) au Chef de Réception, vous aurez pour principales missions:

• Vous assurez un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux, le bien-être des clients est toujours votre priorité.
• Vous valorisez les différentes prestations de l'hôtel pour optimiser les ventes
• Vous êtes garant de la fidélisation du client, ils reviendront sûrement un peu pour vous
• Vous anticipez en permanence en préparant les arrivées en avance
• Lors du départ des clients, vous assurez la facturation ainsi que les règlements Vous serez amenés à travailler par roulement de jour et de nuit

Attentif (ve) aux autres et à l'environnement qui vous entoure, vous contribuerez à rendre le séjour aussi irréprochable qu'inoubliable en apportant votre petite touche personnelle !

Doté(e) d'un solide esprit d'équipe et d'un sens du relationnel aiguisé, vous êtes aux petits soins des besoins des clients.

Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais, et maîtrisez éventuellement une 2e langue
